You provide directly:

• Email address (when you sign up, request a letter, or join our waitlist)
• Case details you submit to generate appeal letters: platform name, violation notice text, your description of the situation, and any documents you choose to attach
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details)

Collected automatically:

• Basic usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent
• Cookies for session management and analytics

We do not collect:

• Your TikTok Shop / Temu / Shein seller account credentials
• Personally identifiable information beyond what you submit

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate the appeal letter you requested
• Deliver the letter and supporting materials to your email
• Process payments through our payment provider
• Improve the quality of letter generation (using aggregated, anonymized data)
• Respond to your support requests
• Send service updates (you can opt out)

We share limited information with the following third-party providers, strictly to operate the Service:

• Creem — processes payments and handles tax compliance. See Creem’s privacy policy at creem.io.
• AI Language Model Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — case details you submit are sent to large language models to generate the appeal letter. We do not link your identity to the case content sent to these providers.
• Email delivery providers — used to send you the generated letter.
• Hosting providers — Cloudflare and Vercel, where this site is hosted.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Case details submitted for letter generation: retained for 30 days after generation, then deleted.
• Email address: retained until you request deletion.
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required for tax compliance.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to data processing
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and limited data retention. However, no online service is 100% secure, and you provide information at your own risk.

Merchwright is operated from China. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in China and other jurisdictions where our third-party processors operate (including the United States and the European Union).

Merchwright is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
